We start with dreaming BIG at the design consultation. I mean REAL BIG, then reel it in…a little. wink.
We want to work together to create portraits that will make you cry. We want to capture all the special things that make them who they are. It is a time to celebrate this sweet & exciting milestone.
The perfect wardrobe, locations, accessories, props, and hair and makeup styles are chosen to create the very BEST and personal images you will cry over.
Then we have FUN!!! There will probably be dancing, jokes, music, food-drinks, flowers, confetti, shenanigans and more during the photoshoot designed just for YOU.
This is THEIR day. We make sure they FEEL celebrated.
Last, you and your senior (some dads chose not to come, but the ones who come always cry) come to the studio a few days after the shoot and choose your favorites. Your favorites are beautifully edited, framed portraits and albums are created and all, including the digitals of your favorites, are delivered promptly.
It is a special time neither of you will forget. It should be a big deal. It IS a big deal.
Your baby is growing up and starting their own path. It’s ok to cry, everyday if needed, but don’t be so sad you miss the joy in front of you.
I wish it didn’t have to be so hard, but usually if you had a special relationship it will almost always be harder. It’s worth it. Let’s celebrate!!
